SA8000
For improving working conditions, provide a healthy and save workplace and protect all personnel within our company, We start to establish and maintain the SA 8000 system from June of 2008.

We provide a healthy and safe work environment for all our employees by implementing the SA (Social Accountability) 8000 system. The SA 8000 system was established since June, 2008 as a product of the Social Accountability International (SAI), an organization founded in 1997 dedicated to address the growing concern among consumers about working conditions in factories around the world.

SA8000 is intended to overcome the difficulties associated with monitoring internal corporate codes of conduct. It offers a standard for workplace conditions, and a syste independently verifying a factory's compliance with this standard. Its social accountability requirements address nine areas:

1.Legal Compliance
All employees are required to comply with all domestic and international health, safety, and labor laws and regulations.

2.Freedom of Employment
All personnel are employed voluntarily without the threat of coerced employment and with the freedom to resign voluntarily at any time without recourse.

3.Treatment and Discrimination
We do not employ child labor, apply corporal punishment, allow mental or physical coercion, or approve of verbal abuse of employees. We also do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, religion, age or marital status when recruiting, employing, or providing opportunities for advancement.

4.Wages and Benefits
Compliance is required withal relevant domestic and international wage regulations including the proper disclosure of all required information and documentation to authorized personnel.

5.Health and Safety
Provides for and ensures the health, safety, and cleanliness of the work environment.

6.Communication
Open communication is strongly encouraged and recommended between employees, customers, management, and investors. When appropriate, employees are required to facilitate communication using the company web site, internal emails, or through public announcement.

7.Moral Standards
The company accepts only the highest moral standards and employee integrity. Bribery, corruption, and artifice are strictly prohibited. The company maintains the necessary policies and procedures to prevent, detect, and monitor such prohibited behavior.

8.Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
The Company respects and will protect the intellectual property, proprietary information, and confidential data of its customers, partners, and suppliers. Employees, suppliers, and consultants are required to sign a Nondisclosure and Confidentiality Agreements.

9.Participation and Encouragement
Employees and relevant partners are encouraged to participate in community activities.
